John L. Loeb Jr. and The Sons of the Revolution in the State of New
York celebrated the publication of An American Experience: Adeline
Moses Loeb and Her Early American Jewish Ancestors, with an invitation-only
launch event at New York's Metropolitan Club on Tuesday, May
5th, 2009.
With a foreword by Ambassador John L. Loeb Jr. (a former
ambassador to Denmark, and a grandson of Adeline Moses Loeb and
Carl Loeb) followed by an eye-opening introduction by author and Southern
historian Eli N. Evans, the book promises to become a “must-read” in
the literary lives of those who love family memoirs.
