“More than 97 million Adults in America are unable
to read above the 5th grade level – including 3.7 million adults

an author, I can’t remember a time when I could not read or write.
To think that there are so many New Yorkers who are unable to share in
the joys of reading is astounding. We must do all that we can to support
Literacy Partners and their efforts.”
