On October 19, 2009 God’s Love We Deliver hosted their 3rd annual Golden Heart Awards Celebration Dinner at the IAC building in New York City. Deborah Norville acted as emcee and this year’s honorees were fashion designer Calvin Klein, NYC Council Speaker Christine Quinn and devoted God’s Love volunteer Edward Prostak. Guests mingled and toasted to the organization during cocktails and then continued the celebration during an elegant sit down dinner.

During dinner, Hugh Hildesley and Simon Doonan hosted a live auction, which included artwork from esteemed artists Julian Schnabel and Francesco Clemente. Guests attended included Tamara Tunie, Nolan Funk, Anna Wintour, Carolina Herrera, Donna Karan, Tory Burch, Blaine Trump, John Demsey, Simon Doonan and Jonathan Adler, Miss USA 2009 Kristen Dalton, Marjorie Gubelmann, Kelly Klein, Marci Klein, Aerin Lauder, Adam Lippes, Lee Radziwill, Marina Rust, Ingrid Sischy, Harry Slatkin, Bruce Weber and Nan Bush, Barry Diller, Desiree Gruber, Cece Cord, Scott Currie, Jennifer Creel, Frederique van der Wal, Bob Colacello and Ross Bleckner.

God's Love We Deliver is the NYC metropolitan area's leading not-for-profit organization dedicated to preparing and delivering over 3,400 nutritious, life-sustaining meals each weekday, free-of-charge, to men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-altering illnesses. Since its founding, the agency has delivered over 10 million meals and has never had a waiting list.
