500 guests gathered into Chicago’s Union Station on February 20,
2010 raising more than $467,000 for children with cancer at the 2010
Bear Tie Ball “Unbridling Bacchus: Mardi Gras with Meaning” benefitting
Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation. The organization’s
mission is to eliminate pediatric cancer and to provide hope and support

Ann Childers returned to emcee the event and were joined by Jenniffer
Weigel as the auctioneer. Guests enjoyed live and silent auctions, a
cash raffle, patient artwork, lots of beads, dining, dancing, and hob-nobbin’ throughout
