Haupt was formerly a Senior Advisor at Steuben Glass New York. Prior to that, she was a senior vice president of Home Store Development at Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. Haupt was a vice president with the Estee Lauder Companies where she directed the brand development of Kate Spade Beauty and conceptual marketing of Prescriptives cosmetics. Prior to that she was senior vice president and general merchandise manager of decorative home, fashion accessories, fine jewelry, footwear and cosmetics at Bergdorf Goodman. While at Bergdorf's, Haupt authored the expansion and renovation plans for the decorative home and cosmetics floors. Before Bergdorf Goodman, she was chief merchant and senior vice president of Conrans Habitat USA. For the previous eleven years, she held various merchandising positions with Bloomingdales, eventually rising to the position of operating vice president and divisional merchandise manager for Decorative Home and Domestics.
