Joyce Frank Menschel is the President of the Public Design Commission of the City of New York.
Background: A member of the Design Commission since 1996, Joyce represents the Metropolitan Museum of Art and currently serves on its Board of Trustees. Joyce has been affiliated with the Met since 1985 and is involved with a number of its committees, including serving as Chair of the Visiting Committee of its Department of Photographs. She is a former president of the Art Commission of the City of New York.
